Refund Policy

Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase, for digital products like templates, after you agree to these Terms, we do not allow for returns or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, no modifications to your purchase will be granted once your purchase is made. Thank you for understanding.

For freelance design services of digital products, after you agree to these Terms and once the design process is started, we do not allow for returns or refunds under any circumstances. If you contact us at hello@paxtondawson.com before the design service begins to cancel your service, a refund will be grated. 

If a freelance design service did not meet your needs and you have followed the conditions outlined, we are willing to offer a 7 day grace period, after the final design proof has been approved and signed, to make edits and changes. After the 7-day period, or if we determine a re-design is requested, there will be a $50 fee to reopen the design project for further review. Personalized Engraving Products

Due to the nature of customized products, after you agree to these Terms and the customized design process has began, we do not allow for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

If you would like to cancel your purchase of a customized product, you must contact us at hello@paxtondawson.com before the design process begins. Only then will a refund be granted.

When you purchase a customized product, you agree to the terms of purchase, including the wording listed by the customer for customization. We allow a 24-hour design modification period if you need to make a change to the customized service request. After the design and creation process has began, we do not allow any customization changes and will not refund any service for customization mistakes made by the client.

If we receive a product that is not fit for customization per the guidelines outlined on the product listing, the item will be returned to the customer with a $10 return fee and the shipping costs deducted from the price of the product.

Custom Design Collection Products

Design Fee: Once you request your design and the consultation is completed, we will not allow any refunds of the $50 design fee. This fee covers the time and expertise of our creative team in bringing your vision to life. After the client has submitted their changes to the design and approved the final design, there will be no changes allowed to the design once the design collection is made. If changes need to be made to the design after approval, there will be a $25 redesign fee. 

Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Due to the nature of customized products, after you agree to the terms of purchase and place your order for customized items, we do not allow refunds or exchanges for items.  Please refer to the sizing guides and product descriptions provided on our website to ensure you fully understand the product you are ordering. Accurate measurements and careful review of product details will help you make the best choices for your needs.

Quality Assurance: We are committed to ensuring the highest quality for our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@paxtondawson.com. We will assess the situation and work with our manufacturers to resolve the issue promptly.
