Where we rent
We serve the Greater Kansas City and Lawrence areas.
- Free delivery within 30 miles of Shawnee, KS
- A delivery fee will apply for events outside this radius
- Pickup is available by request
Customization Options

Rental Pricing & Deposits
- Each item has a flat rental rate
- Standard rental: 1 day (24 hours)
- Need extra time? Add $50 per additional day
- Refundable damage deposit of $50–$200 (based on items)
- Deposits are returned within 3–5 business days after inspection
- A cleaning fee may apply if items are returned dirty or damaged
Booking Process
- Fill out our event reantl inquiry form with your rental needs and event details
- We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for customization if needed.
- We’ll confirm availability and send a custom quote
- A 50% non-refundable initial payment is required to reserve your items
- Final payment is due 7 days before your event
