Ship your items directly to our Kansas City studio. Local to KC? Drop them off in person.
We create your piece.
Every item is personalized by hand. You'll receive a design mockup for approval before anything is finalized — so it's always exactly right.
We ship it back.
Your finished keepsake is carefully packaged and shipped back to you, ready to gift. Available nationwide.

Yes. You're welcome to ship items directly to our studio — or drop them off locally in Kansas City. We personalize items you purchase as well as pieces you already own, including heirlooms and thrifted finds.

We recommend at least 3–4 weeks before you need your gifts. During peak wedding season, earlier is always better.

The $15 box fee covers luxury magnetic packaging and a personalized ribbon detail. Each personalized item inside is priced separately by word count. Three or more items receive 15% off.

Yes — all personalized gifts ship nationwide. A confirmed ship date is provided after your invoice is paid.

Once your invoice is paid, we create a design mockup for each item for your approval. Two revisions per item are included. Production does not begin until every mockup is approved.

Absolutely. Every piece is created individually — different names, dates, or phrases for each person in your party.
